The Hospitality Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality of services, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and motivating staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, and managing staff performance.
- Managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure excellent guest experience through service quality and responsiveness.
- Monitor inventory and supplies; coordinate with procurement.
- Monitoring and managing operational budgets
- Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and guest records.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience, and online booking reservations.
- Assisting with planning and execution of events
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, relevant regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
Qualifications:

- Diploma or advanced certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.

- Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
